3 cars of teens were chasing? someone who had jumped over the fence? on Sandwell Ct and Wellborne Dr.  They raced up and down both Courts and even blocked Wellborne Drive at one time.  One of them was waving a gun. I'm sure this had to have been seen by others as we are at the deepend of the sub.  The car with the gun was red / maroon.  The others maybe silver and blue not as sure.  Another neighbor on Sandwell was out there with Kevin.  Just want eveyone to be careful and keep eyes open.
